I am currently writing a biography of Gerald Brosseau Gardner (1884-1964). His mother was Louise Burguelew Ennis, born in New York state. Her father was John Jay Innes. I am wondering where Gerald's middle name Brosseau came from. Does anyone have any thoughts on this matter?
