I've been trying to track down info on my Great Grandmother. Her name was Therese Pauline Brosseau (married Roswell Desorcie in Highgate, VT) She died at age 24 a few days after my grandmother was born. Here is the info as best as we could read the handwriting on her death certificate:
Theresa Desorcie
Born: July 20, 1903 - Quebec
Died March 3, 1927 - Sheldon, VT
Father: Holoice Braseau - Quebec
Mother: Matilda Bovier
My Grandmother's Birth Certificate lists:
Mary Matilda Donelda Desorcie
Born February 27 (23?), 1927- Highgate, VT
parents:Theresa Brosseau and Roswell H Desorcie.
As you can see spellings are all different, not sure which is correct.
Can anyone help?
