My Great Grand Father J.A. Brosseau originated from Montreal area

My Great Grand father moved from the Montreal Area, First to Terrebon Minnesota, Then to Bosemont North Dakota. His Name was Joe Brosseau. I don't know anything of his family except possibly they were in the Dairy Business in Montreal or St Louis. Mid 1800's possibly. I have a photo graph That shows J.A. Brosseau on the side of horse drawn wagons. Im interested in finding out more about His family, parents,brothers sisters etc. I don't beleive he ever returned to his family after settling in Bosemont ND. If anyone has any information I would love to hear from you.
