Antoine BROSSEAU son of Antoine B. and Louise MOREAU daugt. Hypolite and LETARTRE Elisabeth, born 1822-01-23 at St-Luc of Laprairie, married Eulalie Aurélie CHICOYNE at St-Georges of Henryville on 1843-01-31. She was the daughter of Jean Baptiste C. and Marguerite BEAULAC/DESMARAIS. Antoine B. married Soulange BERNIER afterwards (date unknown).

Antoine BROSSEAU, farmer at St-Georges of Henryville, took part in the Odelltown battle and took refuge in the United States. The parish priest Félix PERREAULT, stood guarantor for his future conduct, obtained from Sir John COLBORNE that he would not be bothered and brought him back to his family at the beginning of 1939.
