Will of Nicholas Brosius

Last Will and Testament of Nicholas Brosius
Dated 20 January 1828
Codicile dated 2nd of February 1830
Northumberland County Courthouse
Will Book #3 Page 150 File #182

I believe this Will to be of Johann Nicholas Brosius (born December 23, 1754 & died December 13, 1833) husband of Anna Maria (Reitz). His wife is not mentioned in the Will at all, which would make sense since she died in 1826.

This Will states that the following are children of Nicholas Brosius:
1. Nicholas Brosius
2. Catherine Brosius
3. Jacob Brosius
4. Maria Elizabeth married to Henry Bohner
5. Leonard Brosius
6. Eve Brosius married to Frederick Bohner
7. Magdalena Brosius married to Jacob Troutman
8. Anna Maria Brosius married to Henry Rebuck
9. Peter Brosius

He named his sons, Peter Brosius & Jacob Brosius the executors of the Will.

The codicil was added after his daughter Maria Elizabeth died and her father, Nicholas Brosius provided for her legal heir, her son John Bohner.
Witness present at this signing was Peter Snider, Jr.

For some reason I had Maria Elizabeth Brosius the daughter of Nicholas Brosius & Anna Catherine Mayer.
Can anyone help shed some light on this?

In Joseph Meiser's " A Genealogist Guide to Burials of North'd Co. Vol. 3" Zion (Stone Valley) Cemetery (page 285)
it shows Elizabeth Brosius 8/10/1780 - 3/29/1821 daughter of J. Nicholas & A. Cath. (Mayer)

Also in Floyd's History of North'd Co. page 866 it mentions "and there was evidently a daughter Elizabeth, born Aug. 10, 1780, who died March 29, 1821." But in the book the lines before this make it unclear to me which Nicholas is her father.
