Hello,
I am looking for the ancestors of James Broom, b. Wilmington DE abt 1713, married Esther Willis abt 1750. His father is almost definitely a Thomas Broom who died in Wilmington in 1749. James is listed as the executor of Thomas' will and also sold property belonging to Thomas in 1750 and 1751.
Is this your Thomas & where does your information about his wife come from? Do you have any more specific leads about his birthplace in the UK?
Any info appreciated! Since I live in Europe, I could possibly follow up on any specific leads.
