From the will of JOHN BROOM who died in Tyrell Co.,NC 1772. It is my will and desire that all my carpenters and joiners tools be sold and the money that they sell for to be paid to STEPHEN COOK when he is twenty one years of age. And also it is my will and desire that all my just debts be paid and the remaining referenced and remaining part of my whole estate be equally divided between RICHARD DRAPER and ANN WILLIAMS.
Ricahard draper and Ann Williams were the executors.
