Hello. My Mother was Verla Inez Broome (Weddington), born on
18 July 1905 in Union County, NC. Her father was Judge E. Broome, son of Hiram and Emily Broome (married 5 Nov 1863.
Judge was married to Ida Broome Hagler. Hiram's parents were
Jonathan Broom, b. 18094 (married Mary Helms).
Children: Bleeker Broome, Lenna Broome, Wilma Broome, Ira
Broome, Thomas T. Broome, Charles W. Broome, and Henry Broome.
