Randolph Co. is very close to Craighead Co. I just discovered this name from an article excerpt written by Powell(John Powell STAMPER)STAMPER in 1966 to the Craighead Co., Historical Society. Powell was b. 1900 in Craighead Co., his father John D. STAMPER b. 1857 TN, m. Pacific(a) unk. I would like to know how Burl BROOM relates to the STAMPER family.
