Is there any Broome family that connects to the Chapman family BEFORE 1800. I know of the William Broome/Persis Chapman marriage but that is after 1800.
My g-g-grandfather was named Chapman Broome, b. 1800 in NC or SC. I have not been able to find his parents or siblings.
If anyone has connections between the Broome and Chapman families, or to Chapman Broome, I would appreciate hearing from you.
