I wish we could get Carl interested in doing a CD I would be willing to do what ever it takes to get a CD on the Bookshire Family made available. Books are to hard to do and to expensive to publish.
I think the person who had Glena Beck's Book deals, was Elizabeth Elsburry, Prather (not sure that is the right way to spell her names). I think she lived in Missouri. She published a lot of books on Marriage Records from various Courthouses in a lot of States. A lot on records from Missouri, Tenneesee. She also Published Family History Books.

Looks like to me that the legal issue would terminate when the person died. May not on previously printed books, but sure shouldn't be bindining on any new ones that had never been printed before. Of course I have not read the contract. If Glena had a contract with a Company then the contract could have, what I call, a "forever" clause in it.
