Cannot find Brooks or Rathbone in "The Mayflower Planters" book by Leon Clark Hills, but this goes only to abt the 3rd generation. There is a complete list of those, who arrived on the Maylower in 1620; and the names of the men, who signed the Mayflower Compact. Richard Warren was my ancestor, arriving in 1620. His wife and daughters arrived in the "Anne" in 1623. His two sons were born in Plymouth Colony before Richard died in 1628. My Mary Warren m. Robert Bartlett.
However, one of the latest dates in this book is 1747--years before your Brooks family is listed. I have no idea how you might be connected. I know there is a set of Mayflower books giving 5 generations from the Mayflower planters down several years. Did you try the internet or Genforum for them?
I have a list of the men Richard's daughters married and his sons. There are also lists of other ships, and some of the ships listed their passengers--some did not. Good luck in finding them.Iris
