I also saw some researchers put that Falby Cobb and James Brooks were her parents. I have conflicting info regarding Falby Cobb on various tree's it says she was born in 1770-1775 she would have been to young to mother my Winnifred I think that James Brooks and one of his three wives are her parents, because my I sat down and mapped out the kinship to Laney and James Story born in 1800 and died in 1867 and made a chart showing how Laney would be related to my James Story Laney Brooks parents are John Brooks and Nancy Nunn she would have been James Story's second cousin if James Brooks and Falhby cobb was Winnifred's parents. and if James Brooks and Margaret Thomason was her parents James and Laney would have been fourth cousins, and the likeness of deformity's would have decreased, none of there children came out with deformity's. Can anyone show me some proof that Winnifred's parents are and James Brooks and one of his wives or that her parents are Falby Cobb and James Brooks ?
