The only picture I've ever seen of Green Allen was published in the Gibson columns. I have a photocopy of the column with his picture, though it's not the best quality. If you provided me with your mailing address (just e-mail me directly), I could send the photocopy to you if you wished (I would not need the copy back).
Jadon Gibson mentioned in his columns that Green Allen was written about in a book titled "An Eye For An Eye" by Richard Zanger. I've tried to look for a copy of this book myself but have been unsuccessful so far.
