R. H. Brooks (a.k.a. Robert Huston Brooks/R. Hugh Brooks/Robert Hugh Brooks) wrote many inspirational hymns, including The New Market Wreck, Sweet Rest, and One By One. He is on the 1910 census record for Hamblen County, Tennessee, with wife Bertie and children , Earnest and Sarah. The 1910 census shows him as a teacher of vocal music. I'm hoping to find more information on this family. Can anyone help?
