I'm seeking the connection between my ancestor, Abijah Brooks Wilson and the Brooks Family, specifically Abijah Brooks, b. 1759 MA, who married Nancy Strode (1770-1855). As a widow she remarried Jacob Wilson c1807. Kentucky counties represented are Bourbon, Clark, Montgomery and Bath.

Abijah Brooks is a strong name in central Kentucky: Abijah Brooks, James Abijah Brooks, Samuel Abijah Brooks; Abijah Brooks Wilson, Abijah Brooks Duncan, Abijah Brooks Breckinridge, Abijah Brooks Wyatt, Abijah Brooks Wells, etc.

Any additional information about the Abijah Brooks, the connection to him or information about Jacob Wilson's heritage or descendants would be appreciated.
