I can't help with her parents but I have a lateral line to your Walter. On a handdrawn genealogy given me by the Beall family of Upper Marlborough, MD (this family is actively involved in tracing family and keeping up with members):
Mary Dent, daughter of Peter and Mary Brooke Dent married John Beall (b 1728) and had Wm Dent Beall 1755 who married Sarah the widow of Isaac Brooke (d 1785). This John who married your Walter's sister had a brother Samuel who married Eleanor Brooke. I have a few generations back on Beall and forward as well.
Now either Mary Brooke Dent's daughter married a man (John Beall) her mother's age or the mother Mary Brooke Dent had Mary when she was young @ 1730 or so and Walter in her "old age" as many did. That would make you go back to about 1700 to find her birth.
