George BROMWICH & Nathaniel J BROMWICH

I am looking for information about George and Nathaniel J BROMWICH. George sailed from Liverpool as a ship's surgeon on 7 voyages between 1979 and 1804. Nathaniel J sailed from Liverpool on 3 voyages as a ship's surgeon between 1797 and 1800. Were George and Nathaniel J brothers? Can anyone help me with info? Did they keep journals/logs/diaries - if so do any of their descendants have copies/transcripts or know where they are? I think they may have come from Staffordshire (Pattingham or Patshull) an were probably about 20-25 when they went to sea - anybody out able to help me please? Appreciate any help. This is for my university studies.
