Hi Vera,
Thanks for your reply. The spellings do vary over the years for various reasons. On some of the baptism registers for the children of Joseph Bromwich and Ann Thomas, their surname is spelled Bromage, but I think the spelling depends upon the person who compiles the register entry, presumably one of the clerics.

Good luck in your researches, there are not many of us Bromwich/Bromage researchers around!
