Here you have George Brokaw's dates as 1755 to 1842. I think that these may be dates for George (Davis?) Brokaw his son, possibly?
Dates I have for the Revolutionary War soldier are b 29 March 1728 Somerset, NJ and d 27 June 1820 Cadiz, OH.
My grandfather Paul Smith (1911-1975) somehow comes down from John P Brokaw and Sarah Burwell through Margaret Elizabeth Covert. I lost my grandfather when I was 12 and he hadn't been able to show me any of this since I was 11 so I'm trying to reconstruct all going from my memory at 43!
