Well, obviously, my discomfiture does not spell the end of the Family Forums. Nonetheless, I wonder why everything and everyone must be made to fit Microsoft's latest version of the Procrustean bed. The name under which I posted to this forum in the past was, JAMES RUSSELL BROKAW, and I would like to continue with that name for reasons of continuity. But I am told on the forum that my name can only have nine spaces and there are no directions for linking my present messages to those I sent in the past.
Nor are there any directions for communicating with a human
being. Thanks a lot Ma Bell, thank you, Bill Gates!
