Services for Dr. Allan G. Brodie Jr., 61, a Chicago-area orthodontist, will be held at 2 p.m. Friday in the Glenview Community Church, 1000 Elm St., Glenview. Dr. Brodie, who died Tuesday in his Glenview home, practiced at 10 N. Michigan Ave. from 1953 to the time of his death. He was vice president of the University of Illinois Orthodontist Society since 1980 and president of the Edward H. Angle Society of Orthodontists from 1976-1977. Survivors include his wife, Doris; two sons, Allan III and Scott; two daughters, Jane Sorkness and Katherine; his mother, Vera; a brother; and a grandchild.
