Looking for information on James Brodie and his wife Elizabeth (Thompson)Brodie. Their daughter Jean (Jane)Brodie married my great-granfather John Steele on October 25, 1871 in the Free Church of Scotland in Lochwinnoch. James and Elizabeth lived in Lochwinnoch. John Steele and his wife move to the United States shortly after they were married. James Brodie may have run a grocery in Kilbirnie. Any connections or information would be appreciated. Thanks!
