I think we are on the same family here Irish Jim - - just different forks. Here is what I have on "Mr. Horan": From a letter dated 1966, from Cele Broderick: "Thomas Broderick had two daughter: Bridget and Johanna. He had 5 sons: John, William, Michael, Thomas and Patrick. ________________________________ JOHANNA MARRIED A MR. HORAN - - WHO WAS IN THE ENGLISH ARMY, BUT THEY REMAINED IN IRELAND. I also looked at the 1901 census of County Limerick and found: * Johanna Horan - age 74 (b. 1827) - widow, lived in the townland of Knocknasnaa. * Marriage record of County Limerick: Cornelius Horan md. Johanna Broder 8 Mar 1859, in Abbeyfeale Parish. ________________________________ To finish the first part - - Bridget came to America and married a Mr. Fitzgerald, and lived in Salamanca, New York. Brothers John, William and Tom lived in Salamanca, NY and Hormel, New York. Mike came to US but returned to Ireland and died there. Notify Administrator about this message?
