Albertina Elizabeth Brockway
ALBERTINA BROCKWAY
Mrs. Albertina Elizabeth Brockway, 82, of 1708 Market St., died at her home early Sunday morning. She had been in failing health for the past two years.
She was born March 14, 1877, in Burlington the daughter of August and Mary Anderson Stenstrom, and was married to Asa E. Brockway in Burlington on June 12, 1906.
She was a member of Messiah Lutheran Church.
Surviving are a son, Don of Burlington; a daughter, Mrs. Franklin Gowdy, Glencoe, Ill., five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Amelia Lindstorm,
Burlington; and two nephews, Leonard Lindstorm, Sidney, Neb.; and Fred Lindstorm, Byron, Wyo.
Services will be held at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday in Prugh's chapel with the Rev. John L. Kindschuh officiating. Burial will be in the Denmark Cemetery at Denmark.
