Jack H. Brockway
Brockway, Jack H. Of Milwaukee. Passed away unexpectedly on Wed., June 27, 2007, at the age of 70 years. Preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Lillian Brockway. Beloved brother of Phyllis (the late Milton) Adams, Gerald (Bonnie), Robert (Marge), Ronald (Gabe), James (Carol) Brockway. Also survived by many nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. Graveside service Fri., July 6, at 11AM, at Glen Oaks Cemetery, 4530 N. Green Bay Ave. Please meet at the Cemetery. If desired, memorials to the Diabetes Assoc. or the Kidney Foundation.
