I found your Munson Brockett on the LDS Family Search site. He was born 05 OCT 1761 in New Haven, Connecticut and married Hannah Skeath Alley on 9 Dec 1779 in New Haven, Connecticut.
He was the son of
Jacob Brockett born 12 Apr 1727 in New Haven, New Haven, Conn. and Sarah Munson married on 13 Nov 1760 in New Haven, Conn She was born 27 Jun 1744 in New Haven, New Haven, Conn Daughter of Thomas Munson and Sarah Blakeslee

Jacob Brockett was the son of Samuel Brockett and Mehitable Hill and this is where you and I merge in this line. I have it complete from here on (as per the current findings on John of New Haven).
