You're looking at the right one. How sure are we of the people that provided the sample. I'm sure they are related to each other, but maybe not to John. The only way for Q DNA to really get in there is mitochondrially (Goody Brockett or another source), or if it was in the line all the time (back to the Roman Legion).
We need some more Brocketts descended from John to step up.
