How long have you been working on genealogy?

I live in Michigan so after this winter(hate the snow)I will have to make a trip to Northville and get more info.Maybe I can find some old houses my family lived in. Or just to go by the locations and picturing them and their families. After I get some of this all down and figured out my next step will be hunting down pictures. I have none of my Brockett family. It will all fall in place and then I can hand them to my sons and hopefully they will cherish them for ever.
