My name is Michel Brochu. I am french canadian. My english is not fluent but i can communicate in this language.
Five years ago i accepted the responsability to compile all the genealogical and historical informations about the Brochu of America in a data bank name DGBA(Genealogical dictionnary of Brochu of America).
We have now informations about 25 000 persons including more 11 500 with patronymic Brochu. But i didn't find anything about Earl or Archelle Brochu. I foud one Earl who is born in 1947 and one Archelas who is born in 1919.
I am very interesting to take contact with you to help you to find the missing link between your family and your ascendance lineage. So, i'd like to have your grand mother maiden name and your grand father Brochu name. Also where they live or the date and place of their marriage; Samething for your parents. If we can find this information, i will can give you all the information about your ascendance until Jean Brochu who came from France.
I'll also try to know where i'll can find information about the army affiliation of your father.
