Hello,
First off thank you for the interest in my post. Secondly, I came to that connection becasue, first off, I know for sure that the name was changed from Brochu to Beaubien. There are two categories of search that i have done: search from what my family has and internet source. Since I just started I have nnot done any advanced searching. Everything that I found from my family was with the name of Alphonse Beaubien but when I searched on he internet I found the exact information but with a Alfred Brochu. Looking through my grandfathers album i found a a card thta they give away at a funeral. It was from Maria Brochu. Also, there was a newspaper cliping of when Alphonse died. It said he had a sister, Maria Brochu. There is alot more information that I know that connects the names but its hard for me to put down. If you'd like me to let you know anything else please say so. I hope you could understand what I wrote. and please excuse the length. It was pretty difficult to summerize.
