Barbara, yes, his name was George Turner Bobst, not Brobst. He was the son of Christian Bobst and Sarah Buch/Book. Christian was the son of Johan George Bobst and Anna Maria Elisabetha Brobst. The similarity of names is only coincidental; the families are of different German and Swiss origin.
