George BOBST and Mary E.Taylor, KA & NE

Hello, I've been searching for information on George Turner Bobst's wife, Mary Elizabeth Taylor for many years and still cannot find conclusive information on her family. I believe Mary's father's name was Joshua Taylor and her mother's Mary Simpson, both supposively born in England around 1800.
Mary E. Taylor was born on June 11, 1842 in Northampton, MA. She had a brother, Thomas Harrison Taylor, born June 8, 1845 Northampton, MA, another brother Samuel Taylor born October 23, 1848 Northampton, MA; a sister Elizabeth Jane Taylor born September 18, 1847 and a sister Emma Taylor born October 23, 1848. My Mary E. Taylor was supposively reared in Kansas, but I have no proof of this. She married George Turner Bobst (earlier Brobst, son of Christian Bobst or Brobst and Sarah Buch or Book) on June 11, 1863 in Dubois, Pawnnee County, NE.
I have been unable to determine if the rest of her family came to the Midwest. Does anybody have any information on this Taylor family? Some related families in southern Nebraska and northern Kansas are the Krainbills and Churches. Any help would be greatly appreciated. There are so many Taylors, but not so many Bobsts or Brobsts.
Thank you. Barbara BEStarks@aol.com
