Searching for the family of Thomas and Sarah BROADWELL who came to Cuyahoga Co., Ohio from Leicestershire, Engl. about 1850. They stayed in Ohio for approx. 10 years then moved to Essex Co., Ontario. Their son, Joel, married in Ohio Mary Amanda THOMPSON on 10 May 1857. They had two children born in Ohio and the rest in Ontario. My research "stone wall" is Mary Amanda THOMPSON and who her parents are. We have family information that she was a native of Westerly, Rhode Island or maybe Stonington, Connecticut. Any help will be appreciated.
