My Broadwaters are from Hazelhurt, Mississippi original but then moved to Jackson, Mississippi. Joseph Broadwater migrated from Edgefield, S.C. with his Mother and brothers in the 1840's after his father, Ezekial Broadwater, died in S.C.
I am looking for informationon his son Willie P. Broadwater's family. He lived in Hattiesburg, Mississippi and ran a Hotel there in the 1920's and 30's. He is buried at Bethisada Bapitist Cememtery out side Crystal Springs, Mississippi.
