I have a copy of a land deed where Mark Harford deeded over 50 acres as a gift to James and Elizabeth Broadwater. The deed was dated 1772 in Craven Co. NC.and states that James is Mark Harfords son-in-law. I have not been able to find any other information on James or Elizabeth in Craven County. Would appreciate any information on this family. I will gladly share information on Elizabeth's family.
