In a marriage certificate an Alexander Ross Broadfoot Burstinbrook Quebec married a Christina Sharp in Bruce Co. Ontario 1872. On this document his mother is listed as Frances Maum or Manin. of Chinguacousy Quebec. Do any of you know who this woman is or if this could be the same Alexander and Alexander listed in the 1881 cencus with a wife and mother Marion. Am I looking for an illegitimate or a different family altogether.

Alexander Jr. eventually settled in Allenford which is listed on the marriage certificate so I am confident I have the correct certificate.

Any suggestions.
