I am looking for information about Dr Alexander Broadfoot who was guardian and godfather to my ancestor Thomas Darchy. Broadfoot graduated MD Edinburg 1803. He was with the Scilian Regiment in the Peninsular Campaigns then Inspector General of Health Ionian Islands 1822. He was then Assistant Inspector of Health Gibralter, 1830. He died Chatham 9.10.1837. I am interested in his family and in the time he spent in Gibralter.
