My grandmother was Arnita Blanche Britton. She passed away ~ 1972 and was 67. Her brother was Foster Britton. Both were born in the Williamsburg area of Whitley County, KY. I am named for my father, who was named for his uncles William & Foster. My name is William Foster Walker, Jr. I have e-mailed my aunt for more information for you. We have a detailed geneaology for the Walker side, and I believe my grandfather, Jesse Virgil Walker (who outlived my grandmother by more than 15 years) did a lot of work on the Britton side...
I suspect we are cousins... My father attended UK after WW II and took a job in North Carolina, where I was raised...
