Pain/Brisson/St. Pierre in the 1700s

Hello, I have Jean Pin/Pain-dit-Langlois born about 1708 and died on 22 May 1758 at St. Roch des Aulnaies, Quebec. First he married Marie Josephe Brisson/Dutilly on 3 Feb 1732 at Ste. Anne de la Pocatiere. He married his second wife (my Ancestor) Marie Basile Dessaint/St.Pierre on 30 June 1745 at St. Roche des Aulnaies, Quebec, where he died on 22 May 1758.
With this information can anyone tell me where his parents Jean Pin/Pain and Marie Gervais/Harve come from. Does the "Langlais" stand from New England (usa) or England.
Please help me if possible. Thanks, Janet
