Gard of 1417 I am seeking information on Mary Jane Briscoe who married William Leonadis Pursell (1821-1910) in Vicksburg, MS on December 24, 1883 and moved to Martin, Weakley County, TN. Family lore says that Mary Jane was disowned because of this marriage. It also says that her brother was killed during the Civil War. Any information about this family will be greatly appreciated.
