I am looking for the parents of Sarah Briscoe born in Columbia Co, GA in 1787. She married Francis Shepard in 1805 or 1806. She married Joseph Banks Sr. in the mid to late 1820's. I have been told she was the daughter of Truman Briscoe and Catherine Dunn but have not been able to get that confirmed.
