Hello!, I am so glad to find this ! I am descendant of Philip Briscoe and Chloe Hanson (younger sister of John Hanson of MD) through Judge Hanson Briscoe and his wife , Mary Anapola Jordan of Cumberland MD. Their daughter was Sarah Story Briscoe who married Edward Otho Cresap and moved to Eddyville, KY in 1816. Caroline Hanson Cresap Mims was their daughter and my g.g.g. grandmother. Do you have any book on the the Briscoes ? portraits of Briscoes forebears?? Looking forward to hear from you>
