Would anyone have information on a Thomas Briscoe family (or any Briscoe family) in the late 1700's - early 1800's in Lee County, Virginia?? Have clue that my Isaac Briscoe may be related to or was known by a Thomas Briscoe family that probably lived in Lee County in this time frame.
