Hi Laurie,
I am a descendant of Dr. John Briscoe m. to a DuBois. They came over to the states on the Ark or Dove in 1634. I also have Cole's in my line.
Also, if you're not aware there is whole group of Swann people that have their own page out on the web. They've done a lot of genealogy on the Swann's. Unfortunately, I can't find my listing of their webpage at the moment.
