Isaac/James W./Thomas Briscoe - Virginia

Been a while since I posted query regarding help for possible (likely) connection between Isaac, James W. and Thomas Briscoe - all born in Virginia at about the same time (relatively speaking). Have been in touch with several working on these three family lines and all looking for the connection. Isaac was born 9/9/1788 in Virginia; James W. was born in 1804 in Virginia; and Thomas was born about 1800 in Virginia. Some researches think these could have been brothers, cousins, uncles/nephews, or cousins - possibly linked to the Thomas Briscoe family noted in Maryland in about 1675. However, no link has been found to make any or all of these connect. Isaac went from Virginia into East Tennessee, to Missouri, and to north Texas where he died in 1864. James W. went from Virginia to Alabama to Arkansas where he died in 1862. Thomas went from Virginia to Tennessee to Alabama where he died in 1873. Descendents of Isaac and James W. crossed paths later when members of both families appear in the early 1900's in Cotton/Tillman Counties, Oklahoma. A connection between the two families occurs here in 1917 when Joseph Alonzo (Lon) Briscoe of James W. line marries Etta Ruth Short of Isaac line. Further indication that the two families knew each other is when John Runnells Briscoe (son of Isaac) is known to have visited homes of James W. family in Arkansas during War Between the States. Descendents of Thomas in Alabama appear to have stayed there or moved on west to south Texas. So, again, asking if anyone can help with connection with any of these three lines.
