Don't know if this is of help. Doing our family tree of Briskey. Nicholas Briskey family of Milltown Alabama had a plantation in 1800's and 100 slaves. 15 children. Some of them changed their last names to Briscoe I was told by someone. So you might check it out. Hope It's of help.
