My wife is also a Brisco. Her lineage comes through Jack County and San Saba County in Texas from the 1870 's. In 1844, Isaac Brisco & Sarah Garrison bore William Marion Brisco in Arkansas. William Marion married Serry Amtus abt 1868, and bore William Brisco. Serry died shortly thereafter and William Marion & Nancy Fanny Patton were married in Jacksboro, Texas, and bore several children in Jacksboro as follows:
Orba, Monroe, Maud, Cassey, Leander, Ollie, George Milton, Edward, Ethel, Earl Wooten, and a child who died as an infant.
Orba fathered 16 children to 3 wives.

I have never run across a Jesse, but I know nothing of Orbas siblings.
