Searching for ANY relative of my foster son, Gary Lee Briscoe dob 10-26-1965, son of Robert & Charlsie(sp) Whitfield or Kwasnicki(sp) are possible maiden names for Charlsie. I believe Gary's father, Robert dob 1938, d. 2008 in Topeka, Ks. Gary recalls at least one sister name is possibly Kim.
Any help is greatly appreciated as Gary--in poor medical health-- is yearning to find at least one blood relative.
