Briscoe William from Kilkenny Ire to Gloucestershire 1838

I am looking for any descendants of William and Johanna who went
from Kilkenny to the Forest of Dean in 1838. William was a
"Keeper of HM Forest" and lived in Latimer Lodge.

Some of his family went to Ebbw Vale in Monmouthshire.
